As Wide As An Ocean But As Deep As A Puddle

I have a good idea for Battlefield 2042.

Loading up Battlefield 2042 I already feel like I have everything unlocked on all game modes. Portal and Battlefield 2042 conquest. I feel like it will be a good idea to add guns from older Battlefields seeing that they have all the remastered models as it is. I feel like there is 0 progress to be made in Battlefield 2042 so imagine they take for example the M1 Garand from 1942 and add it in Battlefield 2042 but with some modern additions such as sights and a new stock and some new attachments. Take some other guns from Battlefield BC and Battlefield 3 AND Battlefield 4 but add a tiny bit of a modern touch to them. They have so much potential with this game and I feel like if they choose the right path they can have the best Battlefield ever to be released. Will they do this? I highly doubt it because developers very very rarely listen to their players. I know Battlefields release on bumpy starts but all Battlefield games I've played I feel like I've loaded it up and been like "Okay so what gun would I like to level up and grind for". This Battlefield doesn't have that. I still feel like I'm playing a very very pre released game and its no where near to being finished. I know they add a lot of content through updates and new DLC but I still feel like what they've given us now is as wide as an ocean but as deep as a puddle.

  • There's nothing worse than running aground while on a torpedo run in a shallow sea .

It's a good thing that that isn't  ALL that most Players will plan on doing while adrift in it .

    . . . but yeah , M1 Garand forever! (like my lovely M1911)
