a long winded way of saying... match making isn't balanced... and classes have fair and unfair advantages.. but hey,thats the game.. !!

It is your personal preferance to accept and like the game as it is and no one has to do that. Almost everyone is aware of the said inbalances and the main target of this "long-winded way" of saying them is the developers for the purpose of conveying them opinions and suggestions for possible future changes. So you do not have to agree any little bit of them either.
