Banned on battlelog forum 1 year for calling a person "gay"

My PC account was hacked by a friend who tried BF3 for a while.

He mistakenly posted the word gay on the forums since this is an M rated game and because he was ignorant of forum rules and received a foum ban and censor on my account

Please unban me on forums and uncensor my profile. This is not my fault, it was my friend's fault. He has apologized and promised never to use my account again.

EA if you would please lift my ban because it was done not because of anything on my behalf but someone else's who does not own the account and will never use it again.

I Really enjoy your awesome game and would like to be a member of the community and enjoy your games. PI would really apprechiate is i was entitled this priviledge.

I am begging you to pass fair judgement it was really not my fault and i will see to it that no such thing appears on the forums again.

    That did not work.

After a lengthy and pointless chat session which was no help at all, i was refered back to the forums to contact an EA staff. When i informed my EA expert about that, he just ended off the session.

This is nonsense my account has been locked for no reason i am fed up of being led around aimlessly for a solution to a problem which is not my fault. There is no email me option there is only asnwer HQ and Live chat available to me.

I am not joking when i say i will send in a formal complaint about my entire experience if i receive no response or if i am redirected to live chat again.

I guess we have to unban everyone then, because everyone can use this as an 'excuse'

Be it real or fake, I cannot judge that, your account did the crime and your account has to do the time. You are at all times responsible for your account, and for keeping your login information personal and secure. (Secure also meaning having a password that is difficult to guess).

    Hi magnatrix!

As "banned from battleg" is not exactly an technical issue for Answer HQ, we can't help you out here.

I closed this topic, but feel free to open another one regarding an technical issue.

    Cheers
