battle log BF 4 Assignment completed but remain locked

@mgriggs22 could you please provide us a link to your Battlelog profile and have you already tried to repair your game in Origin (Origin -> My Games -> rightclick on BF4 -> Repair Install) or to clear the cache aka perform a reset on your console?

    Its on xbox one and as i was told by your ea help desk team to post on forums. Because its a dice issue they said. They took all my battle log info and told me i would have to tell dice by using forums as it was an issue with the game not updating my battle log or somthing
