On two of my accounts, I bought Battlefield™ Hardline Ultimate Shortcut Unlock DLC. However, they didn't unlock the weapons it supposed to unlock for me. I mean if devs could help unlock those things, I would be OK, otherwise, maybe help me get a refund.
I'm not sure what guns are missing since I don't know what weapons the short cut will unlock. For my Lvl16 account, I didn't receive any new weapons (In details, my operator has 7 weapons, my mechanic has 5 weapons, my enforcer has 4 weapons, my professional has 5 weapons. I have battle log record unlock some weapons 5 years ago). For my lv0 account, all my class have 4 weapons which I am pretty sure are start up weapons. This is why I find out that I have no access to so called progression weapons which is the main reason I bought the ultimate shortcut pack. For example, my lv0 account's operator has RO933, SG553, G36C, M16A3, rest of main weapons still require grinding.
