Battlefield 1 - unable to play expansion packs

Hi all!

Recently I have re-installed Battlefield 1 again on my PlayStation 4. Unfortunately I am unable to use two expansion packs that I own: Turning Tides and Apocalypse. It seems that I am unable to download them. When I click on both expansion packs it leads me to the PlayStation store and I get the message “No content found”. Does anyone know what the issue might be?

Thanks in advance!

  • Hi @EA_Leeuw ,

thanks for your input. However none of that was the issue. Something I should have tried was going to my add-ons and there I was able to download the expansion packs. Now I am able to use them 🙂

    Hey @Yeyo_046,

Thanks for your visit to the forums & sorry to hear that you're having issues with your BF1 DLCs on the PS4.

This indeed sounds very frustrating! However, most of the time these kinds of issues are being caused by one (or more) of the following:
    - You are not signed in with the correct PSN ID where you purchased the DLCs on
    - You do no longer own PS Plus
    - You are sharing the game and it's DLCs
    - Something is wrong with your PSN account

Unfortunately we can not check these things here via the EA forums, but you have to contact PlayStation support for this to see if something could be wrong with your PSN account.

Before you do that, can you please check the following:
    - Download/install the PS App for your mobile device (mobile phone or tablet)
    - Sign into your PSN account via the app
    - Locate the owned DLCs in the PSN Store via the app
    - See if you get the option that says "Download to console", this should force install them in most cases if you are connected via the correct accounts.
