Battlefield 1 Cusomize soldier not working

So I came back to Battlefield 1 to find I am compleately unable to use the customize soldier system.

My support rank is only at 3 but the customize menu says im still at level 0. I have wepons unlocked the require me to have a level in support and I cant upgrade them or use a new wepon because I'm apparently at level 0.

Furthermore I cant buy any things from that menu, I have 1000 bonds and it tells me i dont have enough bonds to buy something that costs 200. I can buy stuff outside of that customize menu system and I did so. I bought the impact grenade and it now has updated to tell me that i have -60 bonds...

In short. I cant use any new weponmds or purchase anything I still have, I dare not change anything out as im afraid I might loose the wepons I do have unlocked and bought all together. I cant advance any rank in the customize soldier menu even though I'm still earning XP for each class and leveling up. I recieve bonds but cant use them. I level a class but cant use it beyond the first wepons I have.

It seems as though the only time I can actualy buy stuff and upgrade my character is DURING a Matchmade game. Simply put this isnt right and makes playing this game a little more annoying.
