Community ManagerCan you both let us know if installing the following packages straight from Microsoft has an effect here please:
Download the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013, which is the latest supported Visual C++ redistributable package for Visual Studio 2013.
Download the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4, which is the latest supported Visual C++ redistributable package for Visual Studio 2012.
I am having the same issue as the original post and this didn't work for me. On the second link, I keep getting error "0x8007015e - No action was taken as a system reboot is required." but rebooting doesn't do anything and I get the same error no matter how many times I reboot.
