Battlefield 1 multiplayer has significant Server problems

I have a similar issue with BF4. Lots of disconnects. Also, I recently started receiving "Server is Full" instead of being put in a queue.

My BF1 states that my "account has been banned from accessing any online features" !  This is new in the past 2 weeks as it used to work just fine. I reinstalled the game with the same issue persisting. Updated my PB, same issue.  Any ideas?
