Battlefield 1 multiplayer has significant Server problems

It has been around 2 weeks with this problem (I'm on PS4) and it's NOT acceptable. Where can one write to escalate and get a fix sooner? 

American and so on servers are not a good enough replacement, due to the LATENCY! gameplay: I know that the people I shoot at are not at the place I see them anymore, but it's kinda hard to guess where they really are...
