Battlefield 1 multiplayer progress reset PS4 + PS5

I've seen this from a few years back now, but nothings working. I've just jumped back on BF1, in anticipation for BF6 coming, and I've noticed all my multiplayer progress is gone. I'm back at level ...

Hi TiexeGaming,

It's probably worth double checking that you're using the same PSN account, as it might be that you had a different one linked previously. If you are using the same linked account, EA Help (help.ea.com) should be able to take a look at your account and try resolving what's gone wrong.

    Ive contacted EA help, but nothing really came of it. They said "we'll look in it and raise it with the team" 

    Any ideas on how to check previous linked account?
