It's being worked on at the moment but hasn't been resolved yet, unfortunately. Hopefully they do fix it soon, though, as it's a serious issue. 

I don't know if this will help you, but apparently playing on US servers works. I haven't tested that myself though, it's just what I've been reading.

US servers do work mostly but I have came across issues on US servers as well
