Battlefield 1 Pre-load Only Picking Up 9gb...?

Hi Guys !!

So I pre-loaded Battlefield 1 on my laptop at my office, but when I copy the game files over to my PC at my home, when trying to install Battlefield it only picks up 9gb of my downloaded files and sits at 23%.....but I have the entire 47gb downloaded. I do this with all my games, Steam and Origin as I have uncapped internet at the office.

Why is this happening with BF now..?

I bought the early enlister edition to play the game early....but with Origin's download speeds, I won't be able to play even after the full release on the 21st.....
