Battlefield 1 premium battle pack missing

I brought the premium pass and didn't receive my 14 battle packs? Does this mean I only get one battle pack a month? I just assumed that I'd get 14 battle packs, is that correct?

    Hello @blviik 

    Yes, are are right, Battlepacks are delivered once per months. 

    14 Battlepacks

    • These Battlepacks are delivered one per month, starting November 1, 2016

    Hey @poppis73,

    If you're on PC, you said you didn't receive any of the Battlepacks from purchasing Premium?

    Try repairing the Game Files in Origin, and playing a couple rounds of any game mode and let your account sync up.

    Hopefully this helps.

    What platform are you on?

    Normally playing a round or two can sync this up but if you are on console don't forget to install premium pass.

    We have xbox one 
    Support chat sais eather we should get 1 a month , NO old ones 
    or several each week to get back ... 
    NOT getting the ones from start to now in one pack

    Mine sadly wont deliver either 1 per month nor at the same time
