Battlefield 1 (steam) is not launching, tried everything

Battlefield 1 not launching at all. I press play (doesn't matter if it's on steam or EA app), it says "preparing game", closes the EA app, then opens the EA app again while stopping the launch of BF1...

Have you tried moving or deleting the Battlefield 1 folder out of the Documents folder?

If you move it you'll have it as a backup. It contains all your mouse, keyboard, video, and sound settings.

yes i tried. And nothing changed. I tried moving and then deleting.
