I've seen your connection steps and I've said that wasn't the issue. I believe it's got something to do with the servers, or some other issue. I've gone through the basic connection stuff, checking my account and checking server status, resetting routers changing DNS and that hasn't worked. The "Advanced" connections link doesn't help either, my internet is functioning and I can access many online platforms, eg google, discord, etc etc and other multiplayer games, the problem isn't my internet. And no, I am not using a 3rd party antivirus. Any other ideas on the solution?
It's unfortunate to hear that the steps haven't worked for you.
Are you maybe able to create a mobile hotspot, connect your computer to it & test if you're still unable to connect?

I do not believe it's my internet connection via WiFi that's the issue but okay. I tried it, although my mobile data 2.4g internet connection is moderately worse than my WiFi 5g connection, it still wasn't able to connect to EA servers. Are there any other possible solutions? or even a way to identify what's actually going on?
