battlefield 3 doesn't launch

After switching to windows 11 battlefield 3 won't launch. I tried reinstalling the game and changing stuff in the files with some fix tutorials and still nothing. Any tips?
The game won't launch through steam, desktop icon, ea launcher or battlelog. In the broswer on the battlelog site it says this communicate (photo) and continue button kind of restarts the whole process and shows it again with nothing going on. It's just stuck on the browser (doesn't matter which one i'm using) and nothing :/

Regarding the issue, the fix is simple. Click “view site information” next to the Battlelog URL, then open “site settings” and change “apps on device” to “allow.”

Hello, run bf3.exe as admin in Windows 7 compatibility mode, disable fullscreen optimizations, make sure DirectX 9 and Visual C++ 2008/2010 are installed, update PunkBuster, and clear your browser Ulta Card cache for Battlelog.

This did not work for me using Edge, Chrome, or Firefox. I am still unable to access the Campaign or any features via Battlelog - which is the only way to start Battlefield 3. Any help is appreciated
