Battlefield 3 only in Russian langauge

@00qualcuno00 I suspect that the issue with the language is due to your game actually being the Russian version rather than Italian or EU.
EA Help may be able to check this, so you could open a new case and ask them see if they can confirm.
As the guide below states, "Some games also have different versions that are specific to certain languages. For example, FIFA has an edition that includes English, Japanese, and Korean. A “Rest of World” edition is also available, and features a different set of languages. If you've accidentally bought a language-specific version of a game, contact us so we can help. Heads-up: Games may not be available in all languages".

I came here from 2 or 3 different chat with eahelp, they told me to write to this public forum because the can’do nothing for the language issue.
the “funny” part is that I never ever possessed an russian language game… but I see a lot of this issue (russian language is the only one downloadable) googling for this.In a nut: I unistalled my game because support told me to do this. Now I have no more the game I have paid for
