Battlefield 3 PREMIUM wont show in MY GAMES

as topic says. I try and launch BF3 Premium through the folder and it gives me this

I purchased the code about 4 hours ago and got the whole thing installed 2 hours ago. this has been doing my head in.
Please any help would be appreciated.

Email says I dont need a code as I already have an account with origin.
No updated emails whatsoever.
Was paid with credit card so no reason for that not to have gone through.
