This issue now seems to be fully fixed as stats are showing up again. If you still have further issues with stats then please contact support for more help on this.
I checked a few similar cases before and those guys have there correct rank on their Battlelog soldier page. Do you have still this issue and could you provide us a link to your soldier statistic page?

That is my battlelog soldier page and i got the same problem!!
I got reset and i cant see my level...
I dont have ANY hacks and i would never boost its pathetic...
my stats got reseted too and i was 42 lvl

So my stats reset too. I never would cheat.
As you can still see in Game Activity I played battlefield 3 for a long time. Give me my stats back! Now.

i have lost my stats on battlelog and in-game..
Something went totally wrong because already on my Battlelog page is something broken. My level and progress strap are at 0 LVL when AT THE SAME TIME in Overview section all my stats, it would seem, are okay.
When I am logging in on servers my level randomly appear and disappear. It depands on server. I' ve noticed that on European server my level disappear, is at 0 level. I think that this is related with several servers breakdown/damage.

EDIT: Something just has been repaired because my Battlelog page is finally fine but still on European server my LVL disappear.

I'm stuck at lvl 4 when online i went 4 times 5 level and higher and unlocked some stuff. For some reason when i close the game my stats are still the same noithing changes it seems like are frozen or something
