Same issue, 13.11 Beta v8 provides no gains. about 30-50 fps everything LOW

Windows 8, Or Windows 7 Both Fresh installs same issue horrible FPS.
I can run Battlefield 3 on Ultra eveything maxed out with about 90-100FPS, yet on Battlefield 4 I can nearly get to 60FPS on LOW, thats disgraceful. The beta gave me around 70+ FPS on ultra. Figure that one out

Same here,
using 2x7850 cards, with MSI Afterburner I see that the load is ~50 procent on each card. So thats not good.
Using bet 8 drivers, btw CPU is not 100%. AMD X6@ 3,7 GHz.
In the latest heaven benchmark load is on both cards above 90%.
