Battlefield 4 Digital Deluxe VS Battlefield 4 Premium

Just to clarify, Premium does not include the base game Battlefield 4. It is the same system that was used with Premium for Battlefield 3, you will have to buy the base game in order to play the game, be it the Standard Edition or Digital Deluxe Edition. If you would like to expand your gameplay experience over the following year, you can either choose to purchase individual expansion packs or you could purchase Premium which will grant you access to all upcoming expansion packs plus additional perks and bonuses for a lower price in total. Premium doesn't  contain the game itself, it is an expansion...lots of extra's. DeLuxe does have the game + a little extra. As is explained above.

So in order to get battlefield 4 with all expansions packs and all multiplayer maps I have to spend a MINIMUM of $59.99 + $49.99 = $109.98?  This is INSANE!?!!!

But you will get very nice deal, think, if you buy every dlc pack separate you will lose moneys, but if you buy PREMIUM you get all in 1🙂

Wait, I've ordered, as it says on Battlelog, the "Pre-order Bonus: Battlefield 4 Premium Expansion Pack," but on Origin, the game only says "Battlefield 4 Digital Deluxe Edition." And also in Origin, in the information for Battlefield 4, in "Expansions," it says that I have to BUY Premium for $49.99. Any ideas? I paid I think $70 or $80, one of them, and I ordered the "Premium Expansion Pack." Thanks, Zak.

Ok so you bought Deluxe or the Standard edition + the Premium? should be total $110 or $120

you should have in your my Games tab a BF4 icon after installing that right click and click Show game details

Premium and China Rising should no longer be grayed out if you have premium and the game installed

Premium does not have its own icon its part of the BF4 pack and the perks will just be part of battlelog after you have it.

a break down

so options for the Main game

Standard or Deluxe

Deluxe is $10 more it offers a couple extras for that $10

now you have bought one of the above games and the expansions start rolling out you get the first 1 free,

now 2nd, 3rd, 4th, & the 5th one comes out, you do not get free access no matter which of the 2 games you bought from above.

option 1

you buy the expansions likely $15-$20 each time they come out

option 2

buy Premium includes all expansions - for typically less than what the 4 will cost separately.

on top of the saving you get special perks like more double xp events, extra dog tags, and so on.

So in conclusion if you want the compete game and know you are going to want all expansions

options are

Standard ($60)+ Premium ($50)= $110

Deluxe ($70) + Premium ($50) = $120

above price for PC download straight from Origin

going off the Origin Pc download version the Extra $10 gets you 3 Gold Battlepacks & Vehicle Shortcut Bundle for Battlefield 3™ over the Standard edition

for the $10 for Deluxe you get

 3 Gold Battlepacks & Vehicle Shortcut Bundle for Battlefield 3™

these are the only Deluxe benifits

yes most of the goodies are in the Premium membership
