What's the difference with Battlfield 4 Digital Deluxe and Battlefield 4 Premium, and should I get both?

I don't understand something, do I get any extras if I buy deluxe+premium or are all of the extras in premium?

for the $10 for Deluxe you get

these are the only Deluxe benifits

yes most of the goodies are in the Premium membership
