Okay guys we checked some of your data and it seems that some issues could be related to DirectX is and C++ libraries.
To check your Direct X:
- Find the installation folder for the game in question.
- In the installation folder there will be a sub-folder called __Installer.
- In the __Installer there will be a folder called directx.
- In the directx folder there will be folder called redist.
- In the redist folder there will be a mass of archived files as well as a DXSETUPapplication.
- Run this DXSETUP file and allow the installation to complete.
Tto updateyour operating system.
- Download and install the latest DirectX Redistributable.
- Download and install the latest version of the .NET Framework.
- Check yourdxdiag and update any other out-of-date drivers or services.

I've done all this as well. Appreciate the help but this really looks like a product issue to me. Windows 7/8/8.1 with both NVidia and ATI/AMD and lots of different hardware combinations. Is Dice aware of this issue? Seems like at least a few of their beta testers should be hitting it. It is most common on Shanghai so if not they should try some testing on that map. They'll hit it imo.
