@damian94 You'd need to make an appeal with Evenbalance. This isn't really the sort of thing we can help with here unfortunately.

I send Even Balance 4 appeal but No Working Even balance 🙂 Ban Me for nothing and dont write to me and dont give me unban :/ ban for Nothing no cheats only no reasion 🙂

Regrettably as these bans are handled by Evenbalance, rather than EA, you will need to persevere with them.

Had very similar problem, did a clean installation of windows 10 and downloaded BF4 and wasn't able to join any servers. Evan Balance doesn't seem to be responding to my appeal ticket either. PunkBuster seems to be giving tons of people false positives. At the moment there is nothing that I can do and I'm certainly not spending money on another edition of the game and losing all my progress especially when I know for a fact that I'm going to receive the same error and get another false positive ban.

I got the same problem with BF4. After looking in many forums, after try many workarounds, after contact Even Balance without answer and learn EA's only reply is "they cannot do anything about it", I won't spend any money on any EA game, as it seems they don't care about this issue since years ago.

There is no 'issue' getting a global ban means a cheat violation was triggered on your account multiple times resulting in a global ban on your account. The problem is with you guys not accepting it and palming the blame onto others.

me parece incorrecto, nunca use un cheat, y me pasa lo mismo que al que creo el hilo, everbalance no responde. y me encuentro baneado. y lo peor de todo es que no se el por que?

y pasan los meses y nadie da la cara, ni EA responde, ni everbalance que son los que banean, como es la cosa, pones plata para un juego y se les da la gana de banear a alguien nadie contesta.???
repito no tengo ni tendré cheat alguno, de donde sacaron el ban al juego o al menos den una razón.
muy poco recomentables por el momento EA y su plataforma de quejas.

@Builtthiscityon_ The issue with this statement is an implication of cheating, which is an opinion of yours without knowing said facts.

There have been countless times were accounts are being banned without ANY form of cheating or hacking, and have been fixed by staff.
