I have the exact same setup as the jakobac0, and have the exact same problem. It also seems like a fair number of people that i have run into have this issue.
I should not have to turn down the settings on my PC to play your game. I do not want to jump between hyperthreading on/off and have to restart to switch games. I am expecting a fix for this, or a refund.
EDIT: as a side note, to do that with the Alienware 17, you have to install a new BIOS menu. I am not sure if there even is a new unlocked BIOS for the new Alienware 17.

i5 3570k @ stock
gtx 570
Gigabyte z77x UD3H
8 gbs ddr3 1333mhz
and get the same rubberbanding/stuttering lag. The game is unplayable for me!
