I'm having this problem. Tried completley reducing graphics settings but i knew that wasn't really th eproblem.
Ive looked on the server and my ping hovers around the 27-30 mark for about 6-7 seconds then jumps to 999 for 2-3 seconds then repeat.
Unplayable.
