I FIXED my problem, somehow it has something to do with me overclocking my cpu. The strange thing is I didn't have rubber banding this weekend at another location while the cpu was overclocked, but at home now with overclock I had it, even this morning. After I put my CPU on normal clock speeds everything was fine!
