HEY GUYS i SOLVED THE Problem by setting the Netwörk smoothing factor from 50% to 100%. The result is that urr ping is a bit higher and your fps a bit lower but the visualBUGS (rubber banding) disappeared completly.
THe Network smoothing factor can be found in "Options" under "Gameplay".

I can't guarantee this will work for everyone, but it seemed to work for me. Play in 32-bit and set the Network Smoothing option in Gameplay Settings to 0. This removed all rubberbanding for me. Let me know if it works!
