I just fixed the rubberbanding by disabling the Windows Firewall completely!
try it and report back!

Diabling, Firewall - Enabling DMZ through the router does not work either. This is SERVER side!
OK People - WORKAROUND - I am rubberbanding on all of the US Servers, however if I play on EUROPE servers, NO Rubber banding.

Disabling the firewall did not the trick. Tested a lot of server and the rubberbanding came back again.
But when I play on servers outside my country I have no rubberbanding at all.
So as German I play on brittish server for example and have no rubberbanding!
WTF?
I am having the same issues with rubberbanding and hit detection. 3 ping to 300 same issues on all servers in US. I'm so glad I spent over $100 for a game that isnt fun to play.
