Was your Steam linked with a different EA account in the past, or was there another account in general that may have been registered on originally?
It looks like the current EA account is fairly new, so if there was an older one involved we may want to be sure we're looking at the account where Battlefield 4 was originally registered. If that was registered to another EA account, just linking Steam to a new account wouldn't automatically transfer anything connected. In this case it doesn't look like the account you're posting with has a registered copy of Battlefield 4, so there's likely another one involved as well.
We aren't able to grant entitlements or make any other changes to the account here on the forums, so in this case it would be best to reach back out to support. I see you had started a case already, so you can try resuming a case from your case history page here or creating a new one to have another advisor take a look with you.

Thanks for checking.
To my knowledge I have only ever used one EA account.
Battlefield 4 was purchased on Steam and has never worked on this account.
If there is another EA account involved, I do not have access to it.I am unable to reach live chat support.
Please advise how support can identify the original EA account or transfer the Battlefield 4 entitlement to my current EA account.
