Battlefield 4 Theres a problem with your download

Hello. I'm trying to download a long-purchased battlefield 4 license from the EA app. The application shows no error code (see attachment). EA app reinstalled, cleaned the cache, installed Origin - all to no avail. Is there an actual solution to the problem?
