Here are some troubleshooting steps that could help you:
- Verify the game in via your Steam library
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Make sure to add the EA app, steam and the game to your firewall and antivirus exception
- reinstall Steam klient and the EA app in default location
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first, then try again.
Same thing in PS3 how can i fix it please
