Whatever they do I hope they don't add ridiculous features like flying jumpsuits and shields that we saw in 2042. I refused to play 2042 because of those flying jumpsuits and shields. Keep it simple, keep it modern boots on the ground. If they want to futurise just do weapons, tanks, etc. BF6 is amazing, why? partly because it brings us back to BF3 and 4 - that alone tells the devs the bulk of what they need to know to develop the next installment. I'm not sure how I feel about another WW2 game so early or any setting with significantly outdated weaponry. Anything from Vietnam to the not so distant fictional future would be my preferred setting.
