Battlefield bad company 2 failed to connect to EA online

I was playing bfbc2 earlier last night around 11pm est and now at 1am est it's telling me failed to connect to EA online I'm not sure what's going on but I enjoy playing the game with friends a fix or...

I don't know what's going on I've talked to 2 different origin support advisors ad still nothing but now it's telling me it's unable to create account or log in and the end user license agreement keeps popping up
