Nothing wrong with Xbox One. Pre-ordered Battlefield Hardline. Running fine until Ep.3:GB in the stadium right after I crow bar the door open. Looks like it's loading and never comes back. Black screen, blue spinning loading/saving icon.How do I fix this? Or who do I contact?

thanks rudolfien. This actually worked. After tagging all the cocaine, go to the gator farm first, where you see the dead gator as evidence, then go to the logging station. Don't stop at an area yet, look around while in the boat to be sure that is the logging station. If you're there first, turn back and go to the gator farm first, then go to the logging station, then to the stadium, then you will open the door with the crowbar and proceed as normal.EA needs to fix this for others though.

It is ridiculous that EA has not released a patch or any information since this has been going on for more than a week.

Just FYI I was able to open the boat house door by going to the gator farm first then the mill. Should note that I had to restart this level a few times for the drug bails to show up correct. But I am now past that section.

I Just want to confirm that replaying Episode 3 and going to the Gator Farm before the Mill does in fact correct the issue.It's not really time consuming and if you already collected all the evidence it's easy to rush through.

Did you have any problems during the installation of the game? Have you tried closing down background tabs your Xbox One is using (such as settings or profile, these stay open if you don't shut down their process), and then playing the mission again?

No problems during installation. No other tabs open. About to try uninstalling and reinstalling the game :-(

What I did to trigger this issue was...

I'm on veteran, I believe I set off the alarm, opened the door with the crow bar... Seen the quick clip of the escape then... I decided I wanted to do the level without sounding the alarm. By mistake I restarted the episode instead of the checkpoint. I played through the episode again, now it won't continue.

Hope this helps someone troubleshoot.

Same here. Full reinstall did not fix. Figures the online is playing absolutely flawlessly at launch this time. Its the single player thats having issues. Wierd freeze though. Though it loads indefinitely, you can still hit the button to go to the main menu. And Im not talking the PS4 operating screen but the actual Hardline pause menu. As if its not actually a frozen game. Tis bizarre

Same issue here, right after that door opens never ending load screen. I have tried restarting reloading and re playing the mission a few times to no avail. Xbox one. Canada. No other problems until now.
