Battlefield not activation

I go in with your Origin account. Click "Run" BF3. After "data synchronization in the cloud" EA gets out the window with the inscription:
"Could not activate BATTLEFIELD 3 on this computer with the specified account Origin. Try to find your key and activate the game on that computer from your account Origin."  help me, please
