Battlefiled 4: I got 26 FREE Gold Battlepacks today. why?

On my XB360 today, (11/18/14) Final stand came out. I was really exited and played for about 90 minutes. after i was done playing, i noticed that i had a battlepack available. I clicked on My Soldier...

    Yes, this was intended. Every user should have gotten an amount of golden battlepacks, as it relates to the amounts of service stars you have with classes.

Cause DICE is messed up. I have a PS3 and cannot even download the new update. My buddy was able to but he got 90 gold battlepacks and now it's saying that the guns he unlocked are no longer unlocked.
