My orgin account is not banned. Battlelog is banned but Some times I can log. Also using the ipad app works. I dont think the app is banned for voilence becase its availbe on stores and also there are games like god of war which is not banned
I am having the same problem all of a sudden for 2 days. I have been able to play BF3 and BF4 since I arrive din the UAE in July last year without a problem but it started last weekend with the message URL banned. What's odd is that for a brief period of 2 hours 2 days ago I was able to play without problem.... It's not Origin which is banned nor my account as I can access both without problems it's battlelog and the servers which are inaccessible.
Banning the game for excessive violence what a joke!!! As far as I know other shooters like CoD , Counterstrike, Arma, Red Orchestra are not affected why single out Battlefield???? I can play a full-day of Red Orchestra 2 and kill dozens of players without hindrance ?????
use Etisalat proxy for the meantime, it worked for me.
there seems to be some issues these couple of days with all games where it shows higher pings than usual for servers in europe..
for enabling the proxy:
1. Go to Internet Options in IE.
2. Click on Connections tab.
3. Click on LAN settings.
4. Check the box for Use a proxy server for your LAN.
5. Enter proxy1.emirates.net.ae in the empty field.
6. Click OK.
I hope they fix these issues soon, last time I remember I used this proxy server was like 10 years ago lol..
Your fix is no fix.My internet did not work and I could not even start Origin online. I had to undo your changes to get the internet and origin to work!
