I am really sorry for those troubles with your missing item, but we can`t help you with this problem on our boards. I suggest you to get in touch directly with EA Advisors on this, since all the items, you have opened are saved on your account.

Thanks for your response. Would you mind detailing to whom I should write? Missing content? Report a bug? etc. The content, I don't know, is missing. I think the game glitched it because the second blue weapon that I got IS in my inventory. I just wanted to super rare skin (obviously) much more than the other. Thanks again!
