9 years agoYou know, I've tried contacting them like you said and I do appreciate the support, which is something I like about EA. However, the only option that appears is the chat and no matter what browser I use, it doesn't connect with anyone. It just says Thanks for contacting them while they find an agent. 2 hours later, still no agent.... Is that normal?
