BF Harline freeze ep 1

Hi, could you help me? I'm trying to play the ep 1 BF Hardline and the image freezes on the initial cutscene. My version is the Xbox One. Obs .: You restarted the console by pressing the button for ...

    Hey @jairopicanco

    Is it possible to start a new save file and seeing if you get the same issue at the same point in the game?

    If that doesn't work could you try reinstalling the game by doing the following:

    1. Say “Xbox, go to my games and apps” or open My games and apps on the Home screen.
    2. Select Games.
    3. Highlight the game that you want to uninstall, press the Menu button, then select Manage game.
    4. Select Manage all, select Uninstall all and then select Uninstall.

    You can then reinstall the game by inserting the disc or downloading again from the Xbox Store.

been there done that..no reinstall doesn't work.. nothing dose...........

I'm sad about this for months

EA please don't make games that don't work.

not only is it theft, but it saddens people that get sucked into your game, just to have it taken away.

have a heart you money grubbing soulless corporation. people are not unaffected by what you produce, or in this case what you don't produce. delivery of service.

the VIDEO game industry needs regulation
