BF1 High CPU Usage!

So i got my pc upgraded

CPU: INTEL I5 4690K 3.5GH

GPU: GIGABYTE 1080
RAM: 16GB DDR3

After i bought gigabyte 1080,redownloaded again bf1,after treying to play, the cpu was full loaded when i was playing the game..

Tryed to fix the issue by creating this user.cfg file to make stable the fps to 60,also i dont use directX 12 VSYNC,and even if i change

custom settings to low still i have 100% cpu usage, why this is happening and how can i fix it?

Before 1080 i was using gtx 750 ti,and all was good, cpu was not going more than 70%

Please check the system requirements for Battlefield 1:

    Spoiler
    Minimum Requirements

    OS: 64-bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10
    Processor (AMD): AMD FX-6350
Processor (Intel): Intel Core i5 6600K
    Memory: 8GB RAM
Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon™ HD 7850 2GB
Graphics card (NVIDIA): NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 660 2GB
DirectX: 11.0 Compatible video card or equivalent
Online Connection Requirements: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection
    Hard-drive space: 50GB

    Recommended Requirements

OS: 64-bit Windows 10 or later
Processor (AMD): AMD FX 8350 Wraith
Processor (Intel): Intel Core i7 4790 or equivalent
    Memory: 16GB RAM
Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon™ RX 480 4GB
Graphics card (NVIDIA): NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 1060 3GB
DirectX: 11.1 Compatible video card or equivalent
Online Connection Requirements: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection
    Hard-drive space: 50GB

Your CPU doesn't meet the system requirements. It's normal that you get high CPU usage with GTX 1080 since your graphics card is more powerful than your CPU. I think in your case you experience the Bottleneck-> Wikipedia

Battlefield 1 is "processor-independent" especially in Multiplayer mode. Sorry, but you need to have a really good CPU for the game.
