ContextI made a new install of Windows 10 and installed Ryzen Master and Radeon Software. I have tested the system by playing Destiny 2 with no issues, so I installed and tried to play BF1 only to be met with the error message (saying that I'm using driver version 0.0.0 when I'm actually using 18.9.2) in the title so I uninstalled and reinstalled Radeon Software, got the same error message so I followed this video when I googled the problem https://youtu.be/4oNIrgTGh6w and again I got the same error message. I'm stumped so here I am.

I figured it out after looking at DxDiag report, I had a error 43 driver code for my Vega 8 graphics (Ryzen 3 2200G) which means that BF1 was trying to use Vega 8 which has no drivers installed, so I disabled integrated graphics in the BIOS, reboot the system and BF1 played just fine. Which makes sense looking back when BF1 had two profiles in Radeon Settings.

It is likely your machine is trying to use the video processing on your CPU rather than your GPU.

Can you try setting up a Game Profile to help ensure your AMD video card is used when you play:

So when I went into Readeon Software BF1 already had 2 profiles for some reason, I removed them both and added it again. Didn't work got the same error, I checked and yes my HDMI i s connected to the GPU and not the motherboard. I think I'll uninstall and reinstall the game.

Okay, so I uninstalled and reinstalled BF1, didn't work, got the same message.

-Maybe you can test a program like driver cleaner remove the gpu driver and reinstall it after.
-Clear Origin Cash folder.
-Maybe it helps to remove the BF1 config folder from x\user\documents (win documents folder).

Well I cleared Origin cache - didn't work.
Deleted BF1 config folder - didn't work.
Followed the instructions on DDU which also didn't.
Pretty much did it in that order.

You know what? I'm going to keep bumping this until someone can give me an answer. This is ridiculous, I should not have this much trouble trying to play one game.

[Comment Removed - Admin.] I can not finish any game, break my connection every five minutes or less. How can I even play !?

I have all the drivers updated, all the games run except B1!

Clean boot was a dud. So here's my DxDiag.
It's weird how BF1 is the only game in my library so far that's having driver errors.
