I did try uninstalling and reinstalling the anti-cheat but it didn't make any difference. I'd rather avoid uninstalling the game if I can as my connection isn't exactly the fastest.
I'll try to troubleshoot the anti-cheat but aside from reinstalling it and repairing it, I'm not sure what else I can try.
If you're still experiencing the issue, I recommend contacting EA Support, as they may have more accurate and detailed information to help you resolve it.
I already tried that and they weren't much help tbh, they just got me to try the troubleshooting steps that I'd already tried and then said they would send it off as a bug report.
