BF3 Premium free downloads not working help please.

Hi, I own an Xbox 360 console and when I activated my bf3 premium it told me that I would unlock all 5 expansion packs, and multiplayer headstart kits. Apparently that isn't so for some reason when I go to the BF3 store and try to download it tells me "If you currently have Battlefield 3 premium do not purchase the content here or you will be charged again" So I went to the game marketplace only get the same message again do not purchase here. I went and called Xbox 360 first and they had me on the phone for an hour just to tell me to delete battlefield  which I did and tried again with the same issue. 

All I want to know is where is this place it is telling me to download it from if it isn't the marketplace or the online game store.

    Try looking under the premium section. I think that is where I downloaded it from

    I've tried that but it says the same thing. And it asks for 1200 microsoft points for me to buy the map.

    Try clearing your systems cache.

    Whatever you do, don't do like me and listen to tech support. They had me "delete everything in the BF3 folder and clear cache. Re-install game." Well when I go to install, guess what Code already used. Call support again and get a new code, guess what. Code is for "Limited Edition" not Premium Edition. Call again and they tell me they have no codes for premium and towait till tomorrow and it should work. Do I think it'll happen?    Well, fingers crossed.:manfrustrated:

    Clearing system cache will not delete anything from the xbox. Now deleteing everything will. Difference is with the xbox you can look up all your purchases for the xbox and redownload for free. That includes online pass all DLCs and updates

    I had the same problem yesterday on a friends ps3. He bought BF3 Premium Edition with the BF3 Basic game + premium (all 5 expansion packs included) as it says on the Cover.

    After downloading about 4GB we finally installed the basic game and some 100KB patches. So we moved on to the ingame store to download Close Quarters but we couldn't download it for free. We tried for a few hours but without success.

    Today we signed in by accident with the other PS3 profile ( the first ), started bf3, went to the store and it was for free finally.

    Afterwards we switched to the other profile on the ps3 again and it was able to play Close quarters, even though it wasn't for free in the store again.
