BF4 : can't join any server - stuck in loading screen (edited: Playstation 4)

Are you on PC?

Try running a clean boot. 

1) Hit the Windows + R Key at the same time
2) Type in "msconfig"
3) Go to services and check the box that says "hide all microsoft services" 
4) Select the box that says "Disable all" 
5) Go to startup and "Disable all" 

6) Hit apply and restart computer

Done this, it did not work for me. I am still stuck on infinite loading screen
