BF4 fails to start

I'm a Xbox One user who play BF4 . 3 days ago I encountered a problem: The game kept showing "connecting" as soon as I enter it. Besides, I cannot see BFV & BF2042 through Battlefield menu (which is a shortcut to enter other BF games), and I cannot see my avatar in front of "Career". I've checked everything: Internet connection, EA Play subscription, personal account, updates, etc. Everything was OK, and other EA games were available (Titanfall 2). A friend of mine whose server's region is same with me was able to play the multiplayer mode. It's been 2 days and only Campaign is available. Who's got a solution...
