I have a windows 7 64bit PC and I got bf4 a couple days ago and it is not playable. It takes forever to load and when it does it is so laggy. I've tried installing a amd v14.2 but it just says you need to install the same thing I got.

Try to repair game:
1. Open Origin
2. Select My Games tab
3. Press on the game
4. Select Repair Game and repair it.
If it don't working try to do clean install:
1. Remove all traces of Nvidia software
2. Reboot your computer and check nothing is installed
3. Download the latest Nvidia driver

- I repaired it and it helped a little but when I tried to install NVIDIA it wouldn't let me.

Can you list your system specs?

If you have a 7xxx series card or higher (actually all 7xxx might not) Mantle will work better than DirectX. Depending on your system it might be a small boost or a big one. Mantle shines with weak CPUs.
