Open up a Windows explorer window (Windows + E). Under "This PC" on the left hand side, right click on the "Documents" folder. Click on the "Location" tab. Verify that the specified location is valid, by clicking the "Find Target..." button. A new window should pop-up, showing you your documents folder, and it should have a Battlefield 4 folder in it, with your settings.
If for some reason the target cannot be found, I recommend changing it to a valid location of where you'd like your Documents to be stored; note that changing this setting may have an effect on other applications, and could cause problems.
